COLLABORATIONS

In an effort to provide real-world training and experience, the Fullerton Drone Lab proudly collaborates with organizations to create additional educational opportunities thought hands-on projects and operations.  Students work with Fullerton College Athletics in helping assist coaches with aerial analysis. Students are working with the Orange County Water District on various projects including aerial imagery, mapping, infrastructure inspection, plan analysis, and so on. Students are working with the Shark Lab at Cal State Long Beach capturing images of sharks off the Southern California coast.  Students are working with the University of California’s Agriculture and Natural Resources Center on aerial imagery and vegetation analysis. There are internship opportunities in utility inspection with Cyberhawk as well as the Hornet Drone Piloting Apprenticeship program.  These are just some of the collaborations with the Fullerton Drone Lab to provide students with real-world experience and logged professionals hours.
